**Guaranteed: This is not a guarantee that your package of feminine vaginal care products will be delivered by the expected delivery date, but that you will be reimbursed for all shipping costs should your package be delayed beyond the expected delivery date. This does not apply to acts of God. APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes and U.S. territories will ship via USPS and may incur longer delivery times. Expedited options are unavailable for these deliveries. APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses may utilize our Ship Saver service.
Orders will ship on the day they were placed if the order was processed before 4pm ET.
UPS Next Day Air $14.99 if ordered by 4 pm ET.

For all international orders, the shipping charge will be calculated manually after receipt of your order. A member of our Customer Service department will contact you via email advising you of the cost of shipping and any special requirements within 24 hours of your order being placed. Please be advised that while your feminine vaginal care product order is being processed, there will be no charges added to your card until you confirm the receipt of the email sent by Customer Service advising you of the shipping charges. Once the confirmation has been received, your order will then be finalized and shipped.

Our guidelines are as follows:

A $50.00 (U.S. dollars) minimum purchase is required for all shipments outside the USA and Canada. We will also ship your order via UPS. Payments must be made via PayPal or wire transfer from bank to bank. We also require an email stating that you are willing to pay for customs duties and all affiliated fees, and if you choose to pay via PayPal, another email stating that you will not dispute the charge for any reason. Due to Canadian duty fees, we cannot accept payment for shipments to Canada via credit card or bank transfer. We require payment via money order or PayPal.
